Hey have you readers ever done this as an expirement at home? You can freeze a few of your favorite beers and pull out the liquid into a glass to get a stronger beer. Fun expirements!

my mother in law brought me some Bud Light last year. I was left out on the deck during winter. Think it got any better

Very cool! The video was very well done also. That'd be awesome to get to try the beer.

Fun video! I'd guess they had to force-carbonate after decanting; alcohol content isn't what I look for in beer--but they say the flavor is good. Isn't this sort of how they make eisbock?

Freeze distilling isn't a new untested process like the video claims. Applejack is made this way. Also BMC experimented with this in the 90's where they'd freeze it and then filter the beer so that ice crystals got stuck in the filte. Someone mentioned Eisbock as well. Same process, but with a dopplebock as the starting point.

This reminds me more of a video I'd see on MTV. Thumbs down to BrewDog for miseducating people and selling beer purely om the novelty factor.
